It might be affected by factors such as product series, material supply, order q’ty, etc. For customized items, it may takes longer. Please make an inquiry per order.

Yes, we have replacement parts for each model of exercise equipments. If you need to prepare some parts for backup, you can specify the list with order. If it’s for maintenance, please send us detailed information and we will arrange accordingly.

Yes, we provide samples of our standard gym equipments. This involves sample charges and sample shipping cost. If you have freight collect account with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc, you only need to pay for sample charges by T/T, Western Union or Paypal.
One more thing, not all models are available immediately as sample. Normally one or two pieces are required for sample purpose. But we do not have all exercise equipments in stock as we mainly arrange production per order. In this case, we will recommend taking a similar model as an alternative or waiting for a little longer to make new.

Normally it takes 7 days to get samples ready for delivery if major parts of the samples are available. If we need to make a new exercise machines, then you can expect it within 15 days.

It depends on how soon you expect to get the samples and how much budget you have for the fitness equipment (exercise bike, motorized treadmill, rowing machine or others). If you need it urgently, you should consider express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. It takes about 1 week for most parts of the world and the cost is higher compared to other methods. If you don’t require it arrives within short time, you can use sea freight, especially when you have a container leaving China soon.

We have standard packaging for all the gym equipments including exercise bikes, motorized treadmills, rowing machines and other fitness equipments. It’s protected with polybags and styrofoam padding and boxed with enforced 5-ply export carton.

Yes, we do have minimum order quantity requirements for our exercise bikes, motorized treadmills, rowing machines and other exercise machines. For an order, it should reach a 20’GP at least. But it’s not necessarily one SKU per container. It could be a mixed container with 2 models, for example. For loading q’ty of certain fitness equipment, please refer to the product page or our catalogue.

Yes, we also serve OEM and ODM needs. You can send us your detailed idea with drawing / proto type, etc. Our R&D team will work on the new project and come up with a detailed time frame for your new cardio solution.

If you choose to use your own logo, please send us the artwork in high resolution. The logo can be integrated with our exercise bikes / motorized treadmills / rowing machines / other fitness equipments in various methods. Here following is the frequently used methods. You can also create a different style.
(1). for exercise bikes: on the flywheel, main frame, or console;
(2). for motorized treadmills: on the belt of the treadmill, upright, cover of motor or console;
(3). for rowing machines: on the water tank / flywheel unit, slide or console.
(4). for other fitness equipments: console or frame.

Our fitness equipments could come in different colors. Customers could choose from our standard colors or use a new color by providing the Pantone numbers or color swatches for color matching.

We provide English user manuals for all our models of exercise bikes / motorized treadmills / rowing machines / other fitness equipments. The editable version will be sent if you need to revise it for your order. You could translate them into other languages for your local market if necessary.
